Stomach ulcer is formed when there is an increase in pressure within the gastrointestinal tract, because of acid reflux, poor diet, stress, or other factors. The inflammation can lead to tissue damage and bleeding, it often occur in areas of high contact with surrounding tissue such as the esophagus or stomach lining.

Ulcers can be mild or severe depending on which part of your stomach is affected, they affect people in different ways too – some may have issues with their social life, while others may have an issue with their work life.

The most common type in adults is gastric ulcers caused by erosion of the inner lining of the stomach, people suffering from gastric ulcers usually experience burning sensations and cramps after eating certain foods such as coffee, alcohol, or spicy foods.

–     Some other main contributors to an ulcer are poor diet, hormonal fluctuations, overuse of antibiotics, lack of antioxidants in one’s diet, and prescription medications that contain NSAIDs. 

–     Certain medications such as aspirin, ibuprofen, or corticosteroids

Ulcers are painful, itchy spots on the stomach that can cause discomfort and lead to bleeding, they usually form after you eat foods that irritate the stomach. The best diet plan for someone suffering from it, is to follow a low-stress diet and avoid foods that cause irritation.

When you are now full knowledge of various foods that can irritate ulcer or trigger the pain, the best thing is to avoid them and focus on the foods that it won’t react to, taking note of all this is very important as our health is very important. Also going for checkups and learning about how to cure it permanently is something you should be concerned about, i have ulcer and i know what i do go through whenever i consumed food that irritate it and some over the counter prescription have been helpful but didn’t cure it complete.

the more you irritate your ulcer with some of the foods mentioned in this article, it will keep reoccurring with severe pain, however, for as long as you adhere to what  to eat and what not to eat, you will be fine and less pain.
